My Story:

I was born into a culture on Long Island, NY that emphasized success at all costs, money, money, money, moving a million miles a minute, no rest for the weary / I’ll rest when I die kind of attitude. As I observed myself and those around me, something was not adding up. Even the most successful people I knew did not seem genuinely happy nor fulfilled. Sure, they may have had a beautiful home, expensive cars and took lavish vacations - but then why did they seem so miserable?

But through it all, I persevered and knew in my heart and soul that there had to be a better way.

There had to be people in the world living their true purpose and fully content with what they had, despite fame, fortune or materialistic pursuits.

That led me on a magical journey to Zen,

where I discovered the power of silence and stillness. The beauty in simplicity and being fully immersed in the present moment. It taught me a whole other level of patience and delayed gratification. It provided structure and a sustainable, self-sufficient support system I never knew was humanly possible.

Do I need any previous meditation experience?
No. This course has been designed for beginners (and experienced meditators as well). Just keep an open mind and follow along to my instructions for maximum benefits.

Do I need any special cushions?
No. You can sit in a chair, on the floor, on a pillow cushion, blankets, yoga mat or however you can follow along best. The idea is to be focused and attentive, so please limit the amount of distractions.

What happens if I start to feel uncomfortable or light-headed?
